Install an app
Download the APK on your Android device and confirm the installation. No App King account is needed.
Download
Open the app's page on your Android phone and tap Download APK. The file is saved to your Downloads.
Open the file
Tap the finished download in your notifications, or open it from your Files or Downloads app.
Allow installation if asked
The first time you install from a particular app — usually your browser or Files — Android may ask you to allow installs from that source. You can allow it for just that app and switch it off again afterwards in Settings.
Confirm
Android shows the app's name and asks you to confirm. Tap Install, then Open.
Keep Google Play Protect on
You don't need to turn off Play Protect or any other security setting. If Android shows a warning, read it carefully; you can always choose not to install.
Updates
To update, download the newer version and install it in the same way. Android replaces the existing app and keeps your data, as long as the new file is the same app signed by the same developer. If they don't match, Android will refuse the update.
What this website doesn't do
The website can't see which apps are on your phone, can't tell whether you're up to date, and never installs anything by itself. Every install is started and confirmed by you.
Checking a download
Each release page lists the file's SHA-256 fingerprint and signing certificate. If you want to, you can compare these with the file you downloaded.
